This Yearbook, while containing the conventional sections, has deepened and expanded the fields of its coverage based on important exhibitions, academic activities, and public education activities. In the section "History," more information is exposed. In the section "Study of Art Museum", three papers are included, on art museums and knowledge production, how to build open and free art museums in universities, and the possibility of future development of contemporary art in China, which embodies CAFAM's frontline thinking on art museums as well as contemporary art issues.
