2011高雅艺术进校园大学生携手系列公共教育活动

2011年5月15日,这一天的中央美术学院美术馆仿佛滤掉了声音一般,成为了一个静暖的世界。每一位观众与工作人员都佩戴着一枚红色的徽章,上面赫然写着:“无声美术馆——我不语 我表达”。美术馆中每一个人用手语来交流,用眼神来沟通,用笑容来雀跃。2011年5月15日,是第二十一次全国助残日。此次全国助残日的主题是“改善残疾人民生 保障残疾人权益”。这一天,我馆实行特殊团体免费参观日,特殊团体及个人将凭相关证件免费参观。这一天,我们呈现“美术馆无声日”特别活动,建议展场内参观者与工作人员以佩戴徽章,口罩等方式来全程保持安静,以表情、肢体语言和文字作为交流方式。活动当天,我们的工作人员会携带参观建议牌向观众推广建议:
1. 从当日开馆至闭馆时间内,美术馆所有现场工作人员和参观者全程保持安静
2. 参观美术馆的所有观众如携带手机等可发出声音的通讯器材等,请开启静音模式
3. 如果您有爱心、富有幽默感,您可以在美术馆工作人员及志愿者提示及引导下,带上我们准备的或者现场绘制的主题口罩参观美术馆,开启您生动、有趣的善意之旅。

尊重是最好的关爱,理解是最大的支持。此次公共教育活动的设计致力于为残疾人尤其是聋哑人创造一个平等的参观环境,倡导一种建立在尊重与理解基础之上的助残文化。而今天,所有来美术馆参观的公众似乎都自觉地参与到这个活动中,共同创造与体验了无声的世界,了解特殊群体的生活与他们的不便;通过这种体验,修正公众由于缺乏了解而对特殊群体产生的印象偏差,在以后与他们交流的时候能够更加耐心,主动为他们提供一些简单而必要的帮助。同时我们也期待每年的今天,美术馆为特殊群体免费开放,能够鼓励更多的特殊人群走进美术馆,使中央美术学院美术馆成为残疾人及社会各界组成的无间隙互动平台,激发残疾人的艺术热情,优化残疾人的精神文化生活。

“生命总是有梦的,生命总有渴望。哪怕是一个颗受伤的树,也要献出一片绿荫。哪怕是一朵残缺的花,也要献出所有的芬芳。残疾不是缺陷,而是人类多元化的特点。残疾不是不幸,只是不便。”残疾人也有生命的价值,他们渴望平等、参与、分享。我们期待特殊人群以他们的意志和智慧与大家共创人类美好。此时,我馆公共教育与发展部呈现由教育部、文化部、财政部2011年“高雅艺术进校园”系列公共教育项目“大学生携手”系列活动的第二场“无声之爱”。此次活动由美术馆大学生志愿者、北京联合大学特殊教育学院22位学生携手特殊教育学校的5名小学生一起参观我馆在线展览,用手语导览、交流,共同参观了《意大利乌菲齐博物馆珍藏展十五——二十世纪》、《从延安到北京——王式廓百年纪念展》。随后,北京联合大学特殊教育学院大学生以“美术馆无声日”为主题进行口罩、明信片、信封等主题创作。活动后,东城区特殊教育学校的幺教师对活动的评价很高,表示:“深深感谢央美美术馆抛开形式上的活动,真正从平等、参与分享的概念中来实现与特殊团体的艺术对话。这样的公共教育活动,是认真做了实事的,从根本上关心他们而付诸行动,这是我们社会应该学习与尊重的。”

“美术馆无声日”和“无声之爱”活动的开展,是我馆公共教育与发展部与特殊教育学校与团体持续交流的成果,不仅体现了中央美术学院美术馆以学院为依托不断地推进大学生公共教育活动的开展,加强与学校配合,活跃学校教学,更加体现了中央美术学院美术馆对人的关怀。

社会的发展和公众对艺术知识的渴求向美术馆的公共教育职能提出了更高的要求,一个人如何理解他所生活的世界,包括人类社会的历史遗存,对于当代生活的思考与反省,对于未来社会生活的预想与勾画,都将成为新时代美术馆公共艺术教育的话题。艺术知识的传播已经不再是教育者向观众的单向传播,而是双向交流,互动影响,通过“全国助残日”这样一个特殊的节日,我馆加强与社会公众,特殊团体的交流与合作,期待最大限度的赢得公众对于美术馆事业的广泛支持。与此同时,美术馆不仅有能力为公众提供大量的艺术作品与感性认识的材料,更是作为学校教育的延伸与社会成员终身教育的孵化基地,它所承担的教育职责是引导社会成员建立起更加全面的世界观,应该是一种更加基础与宽泛的公共艺术教育方式。

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
