“又是一个瓦尔达的周末。” 中央美院美术馆学术部副主任王春辰为第三场瓦尔达电影系列展映活动做了这样简短而诗意的开场。
继《阿涅斯的海滩》《短角情事》与《幕府歌剧》陆续放映后，3月24日下午，我馆在学术报告厅放映瓦尔达的两部电影《五时至七时的克莱奥》和《向古巴致敬》，北京电影学院教授、独立电影批评家、策展人张献民与中央美术学院教授、导演、策展人仝晓峰做客美术馆，就“瓦尔达的艺术”与观众对话。
FACE TO FACE： 第二次“瓦尔达” 女性主义视角最深刻
度过“又一个瓦尔达的周末”，不仅对美术馆来说如此，对很多参加了第一次瓦尔达电影放映的“回头客”也是如此。
“上周的展映我就过来了，”高明说，今天他一早就来到美术馆，虽然电影放映时间是下午，但是他想把上次没来得及看的瓦尔达摄影、装置作品展补上。“上午看展，下午看电影，电影过后还有讲座，一天都泡在美术馆里，与瓦尔达约会，真是幸福。”
吴仝也是第二次参加活动，她坦言第一次放映的《阿涅斯的海滩》太过于艺术，没有讲座可能欣赏不了。而这次的剧情片《五时至七时的克莱奥》却超乎她的想象。“我以为会闷，实际上非常优美且生动有趣。”
“印象最深刻的就是片中透露出的女性主义精神，两个小时中克莱奥的游历，从开始的害怕恐惧到试图在巴黎街景与朋友当中找到轻松和快乐再到最后勇敢地去医院接受最终‘审判’，是女性自我意识从困惑到觉醒再到完成的过程。克莱奥在她向来忽视的琐细的日常生活里，发现了一个崭新的自己。”
高明告诉记者，这次不仅是他自己一人与瓦尔达约会，他还拉来了他在学校里组织的艺术社团成员与好朋友一起看展。看完第二次的展映，他决定接下来的几周周末都过来看电影。“美术馆组织的电影放映让我们周末有了好去处，”高明逗趣地说，“大宝天天见，瓦尔达周周见。”
嘉宾精彩对话：“生态”瓦尔达 宽容的视角
下午4点半，在电影放映结束后，北京电影学院教授、独立电影批评家、策展人张献民与中央美术学院教授、导演、策展人仝晓峰对话“瓦尔达的艺术”。
仝晓峰认为，解读瓦尔达艺术的关键词之一是她作品中的“生态”意识。“万物生态是平等的，观众演员也是平等的。她通过电影艺术创作的方式来探究现实和电影文本之间的关系，她希望把现实呈现出来，和每一个观众分享，而不是只想传达的一个非常个人的主观的意志和愿望。”
《五时至七时的克莱奥》就是一部典型的具有“生态”意识的电影，仝晓峰解释，这部电影“环保”得甚至没有剧本。好莱坞本来看中这部电影并想请麦当娜当女主角重拍，结果就因为没有剧本，只能不了了之。“而这种没有完整故事化的剧本，正是开放的状态，这鼓励创作人员去探索去发现他们所触及的生活现实本身。”
她的“生态性”也使她必然反好莱坞电影工业的模式化生产机制。瓦尔达认为，五十年代，传统的好莱坞电影无孔不入，在好莱坞的影响下，导演更关注讲述故事。“而她认为，电影更重要的不是讲述故事，而是如何讲述故事。”仝晓峰接着举例，瓦尔达的第一部电影《短角情事》就是受到福克纳小说《野棕榈》的影响，尝试用并置的方式去讲故事。电影里一方面呈现渔民渔村的生活景象，一方面讲一对男女在爱情上出现了危机。“她把一种文学的叙事方式植入到电影语言中去，而那个时候世界电影的叙事还停留在传统经典的单向格局中。”
瓦尔达习惯从多种角度讲述一个人或一个故事。电影《流浪女》通过很多人的回忆描述一个流浪的女孩生命的现状。“很多人说这部电影是女权主义的表现，”仝晓峰说，“但如果注意到瓦尔达在多种场合是怎样谈论这部电影的创作初衷的话，你会发现有一个很重要的主题是宽容。”
“她并不赞赏流浪女孩的选择，但她愿意去倾听所有人对这种边缘人物的评价，这是瓦尔达电影中很重要的电影气质，不是完全主观的自说自话式的表达和诉说她对现实生命生活的理解和认知，她愿意用更多声音的交织和对话来呈现世界。”
仝晓峰谈到《五时至七时的克莱奥》的一个细节，在克莱奥算命后得知会得癌症时，瓦尔达用了三个非常不同的跳接来表现女主角下楼时精神的恍惚，而有意思的是，瓦尔达在楼梯口安置了镜子这个道具，“一方面是主人公通过镜子自己看到镜像中的自己，另一方面因为紧张不安又看到虚幻的自己。这种多重映像的反射，暗含了瓦尔达希望以更多的视角去看这个歌星的生命现实。”
一下午的电影放映与讲座结束后，“瓦尔达的周末”不知不觉也尽黄昏。美术馆已到闭馆时间，仍有不少观影者们抓紧最后一分钟在报告厅入场的瓦尔达电影海报前合影留念。

第三场放映电影简介
《五时至七时的克莱奥》（1962）
影片讲述了一位青年女歌手在等待医疗诊断结果这一生中重要的两个小时的复杂心理活动，并以大胆的创意、灵活的手法和出色的表演而成为法国新浪潮电影的一部举足轻重的代表作，同时本片也是瓦尔达的成名作，该片曾获法国评论协会奖最佳影片。
《向古巴致敬》(1963)
瓦尔达接受古巴电影学院之邀前往访问，深深为这个拉丁民族的社会主义国家的景象所著迷。古巴之旅，瓦尔达仅用一台 Leica 相机，拍下4000多张静照，她选择其中1500张照片作为素材，按照古巴音乐的节奏，剪辑出电影，让静止的照片在 cha-cha 的节奏里活跃了起来。

Article I
This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
