活动目的:  中央美院美术馆2012年“美术馆之夜”第三季将于2012年6月9日,在中央美术学院美术馆拉开帷幕。“美术馆之夜”艺术节旨在联合北京多所高校学生与艺术机构同时呈现,促进艺术青年,大学生,以及相关艺术从业人员,艺术爱好者之间的交流与友谊,励志建立“中国最IN、最鲜活的的艺术欢聚盛会”。本次美术馆之夜不仅秉承这项系列活动的宗旨,将以免费参观日、艺术秀、交换、化妆舞会的活动方式,邀请全国的艺术青年们,相会在中国望京艺术区域的核心——中央美术学院美术馆,也更是要以“书”为主题,通过一系列的换书、赠书活动,让热爱艺术的大学生、小朋友以及社会各界的朋友们在美术馆这个艺术天地中,了解艺术、参与艺术,享受艺术、创造艺术,建立艺术与艺术、艺术与非艺术之间的纽带。希望大学生走进美术馆,开启一个欣赏艺术作品、传递艺术情感与艺术家零距离接触的快乐、有趣的开心之旅!
活动背景:
中央美术学院美术馆是中国最具现代化标准的美术展览馆之一。我们与时代同行,塑造一个开放、自由、学术的空间,并竭诚与艺术家及观众进行良好的互动。在学术展览之余,新馆将积极开展公共与社区美术教育活动,使其成为中国标志性、专业化、国际化的专业美术馆,“美术馆之夜”活动将邀请北京高校大学生朋友、艺术青年、青年艺术家、相关艺术机构从业人员,为此我馆公共教育与发展部精心策划了一系列的表演还有交换等互动游戏,让所有参与到这次活动的朋友拥有一次很好的社交机会,以互动来迸发艺术灵感。活动的场地位于朝阳区花家地南街8号的中央美院校园内,巧妙利用美术馆中有一些开放空间,例如街舞、校园音乐等表演在咖啡厅下沉广场呈现,将会吸引校园各院系的同学、社区很多路人驻足观看,表演形式生动、自然、流畅。使大学生及青年艺术爱好者在这个舞台上尽显艺术风采和魅力。这次舞会的圆满举办不仅与北京高校建立长期的联谊机制,而且很好的弘扬了我馆有社会责任感的美术馆“艺术生活”的精神。

美术馆之夜活动内容
1.    展览参观
“美术馆之夜——读书节书香满溢”活动当天,我馆将于下午3:30开始免费开放参观,届时参与活动的人员可以免费参观中央美术学院美术馆相关在线展览。下午5:30我馆将关闭展馆,并进行展厅布控。
2.     换!——CAFAM读书节换书计划
换你想看的书。美术馆之夜让活动参与者等待另一个与你志同道合的爱书人与之交换。这也是爱书之人之间的一次以书为依托的社交活动。
3.     艺术呈现:
活动当天,美术馆将会精心安排一系列的文化表演,在烘托气氛的同时也给大家带来不一样的“美术馆之夜”。A.CAFARAP来自非洲(阿空嘎)、中国(潘影)、日本(奥村彰一)、和斯里兰卡(艾思卡)的四位美院学生将形成一个艺术组合,在美术馆之夜的活动中以电子琴、小手鼓等多种乐器伴奏进行轻松愉快的说唱及音乐表演。
B.铁风筝乐队现场演出。铁风筝乐队成立于1993年,并于2012年签约视袭音乐。乐队“不逃避,不煽动,不摇大旗,不自我麻醉,不虚张声势,直视着这个世界,充满了思考,智慧,自由和激情,随时准备面对可能发生的一切”。活动当天铁风筝乐队将现场演唱数首他们的经典曲目,让来访者在感受活跃气氛的同时,也对艺术产生一些新的思考。主唱:虞笙、吉他手:张涛、贝斯手:斌子、鼓手:田坤。
C.交互音画装置表演(新媒体钢琴/現代舞)。新媒体艺术家利用计算机技术,将钢琴演奏的力度、现代舞独有的形态表现和音高转化成一组动态的视觉音符。彦达、沈冰與崔斌以及他们的团队将带来梦幻般的视听盛宴。
D.跨国交流:荷兰装置艺术家:声动演出“灯笼·影子”
荷兰艺术家Serge Onnen长期从事使用前电影技术的艺术创作:包括静态动画,费纳奇镜(视觉暂留)以及万花筒和影子戏。Serge此次将在下沉广场进行表演,深刻探讨皮影道具与阅读的互动关系。
4.  颁奖与幸运抽奖
我馆将收集著名艺术家的艺术作品(印刷品亲笔签名)、个人礼品、艺术衍生品等,作为幸运抽奖颁发给友好来访学校、艺术团及参与交换的大学生公众。
5.  君子之交——书香满溢
在此项活动里,美术馆将会准备各式各样的“雅集”用品,"以书会友""以茶会友"以字会友"
让活动参与者能充分体味“读书节书香满溢”的活动精髓。
6.创意工坊
活动中,在“大学与美术馆”俱乐部(美术馆公共教育活动中心),将为参与观众准备了材料,大家可以制作个性服装、另类装饰等。
7。 公益行动——务工子弟与父母共同赴馆
中央美术学院美术馆自建馆以来,就十分重视对务工子弟的美术教育问题。多年来,我馆公共美术教育与发展部策划了一系列的为农民工子弟儿童专项设计的美术活动,旨在让艺术走进这些儿童的生活,打开他们的眼界,并将审美和艺术的观念传递给他们。此次公益行动是美术馆首次将务工子弟纳入美术馆之夜的活动中,参加此次的以“读书节”为主题的美术馆之夜活动。此次活动将邀请务工子弟与其父母共同赴馆,年轻艺术家会将对自己影响深远的图书赠予给务工子弟,并建立长期的艺术一对一关系。此外,务工子弟还可参加此次的“君子之交淡如水”活动,以茶、书法、绘画、乐律和棋会友,深刻体悟文化内涵。

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
