作为广东实验现代舞团第一批专业舞者、白俄罗斯现代舞创作金奖获得者,侯莹曾得到亚洲文化基金的支持赴美留学,加入著名美籍华人编舞家沈伟的舞蹈团( Shen Wei Dance Arts )与其合作并出演了《春之祭》、《声希》、《天梯》等震动世界舞台的力作。旅美期间,侯莹曾连续四年站上美国林肯中心的舞台,三次登上《纽约时报》,并被《纽约时报》评选为「2004年年度最卓越舞者」,她也是至今为止唯一一位得此称号的华人舞者。2008年,她与沈伟一起受邀为北京奥运会开幕式《画卷》篇编创舞蹈,随后将舞蹈创作重心移到了北京。此次活动《何为现场表演艺术?》将不仅有侯莹谈现代舞、谈追求艺术的纯粹之路,谈不同艺术领域的跨界合作,更有侯莹的舞蹈团队带来的即兴现代舞蹈表演,令人期待。

关于嘉宾 :侯莹



侯莹中国第一代现代舞家,旅美先锋编舞家,侯莹舞蹈剧场创办人及艺术总监,致力于探索东方的自然身体能量转换与西方后现代肢体解构技巧的结合,并形成独特的、高辨识度的侯莹身体运动技巧,其作品气质抽象、荒诞,深刻地探索着人类灵魂及内在精神,被《新京报》称为舞蹈界的卡夫卡 剧作家、剧场导演张献赞誉侯莹是舞蹈界仅有的几个有当代艺术感觉的人之一。从近年来侯莹舞蹈创作简历上来看,她与当代艺术家互动跨界佳作频出。 

被侯莹视为是她舞蹈生涯里的首次跨界,就是
1998年与邱志杰的合作。邱志杰在《新媒体艺术的成熟和走向:1997~2001》一文中写道:我在广州新版《九宫:千字文》中邀请广东实验现代舞团的光头舞女侯莹在装置中根据随机图像和音乐随机起舞。

1128日,侯莹舞蹈剧场集大成之作《涂图》将在北京首演,这部作品是侯莹自2009年归国以来的对生命的现代舞式反刍,以及当代艺术语境下东方人对身体所能达到的极致的探索。

关于《涂图》 

《涂图》1.0最早2009年亮相广东现代舞周,刚刚从纽约归国创作的侯莹有感而发,编创了为荒芜的世界涂满色彩的《涂图》,以先锋的舞蹈语言征服了中国最前卫的观众。 

2014
7,受邀揭幕圣彼得堡OpenLook现代舞蹈节,侯莹将其编创为70分钟的版本,去掉了原作中缤纷的色彩,只留下一种隽永的灰,《涂图》2.0的舞蹈语言回归到更加纯粹的质地。


这是
Open Look现代舞蹈节16年历史上首次邀请中国舞团,在芭蕾舞胜地圣彼得堡、拥有近两百年历史的亚历山大剧院,演出赢得了热烈反响,主创们谢幕五次;西方世界誉为本世纪最杰出的芭蕾舞编导之一的艾夫曼也亲临现场观看演出;圣彼得堡艺术节的总监称这场演出颠覆了我们对中国现代舞的认知俄罗斯对外交流文化副总裁 Otan Asulkozhaev 评价《涂图》在舞蹈艺术上干净、纯粹,不失西方舞蹈一流水准。 

2015
11月,载誉归来的《涂图》再登广东现代舞周的舞台,引起业界争相模仿其动作。中国现代舞之父、广东现代舞周创始人曹诚渊看后说,这部作品各方面都更加成熟,通透、淡定、有条不紊。 

《涂图》是一部纯肢体动作性的舞蹈作品,从纯粹的舞蹈本质语言和运动原理出发,不断地解构身体的运动方式,如自然放松下身体的运动方式,四维空间内的身体运动方式,以此不断地在时间与空间上对身体的挖掘和探索。

侯莹舞蹈剧场

成立于2011年,其前身是侯莹于2006年在纽约创建的视野舞蹈剧场,以艺术总监侯莹为灵魂人物,本着对舞蹈艺术不妥协的态度,力求每个作品呈现独特风格,代表作品包括:《悬浮》(2006)、《地平线》(2007)、《介》(2011)、《介2》(2012)、《冉》(2013)、《涂图》(2014)、《意外》(2015)等。其作品结合大量剧场元素、实验音乐、多媒体及当代艺术,在跨界合作上极具先锋性与引领性。迄今受邀巡演十多个国家,参加纽约大学、林肯户外艺术节、纽约亚洲艺术节、葡萄牙阿尔马达艺术节、圣彼得堡Open Look现代舞蹈节、中俄文化年、广东现代舞周、上海国际艺术节等国际艺术节及艺术机构的艺术活动,是具有国际一流水准的、东西方文化兼收并蓄的中国现代舞蹈团体。

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
