作品信息:浏阳出口日本花炮生产材料、木、视频

作品说明:家乡湖南浏阳是中外驰名的花炮之乡,花炮生产主要以出口为主。从1968年开始,浏阳花炮出口日本,日线花炮出口产品的要求明显有别于欧美线出口产品。作品材料为1968以来浏阳出口日本的花炮产品包装,这些包装均为日本设计师设计,浏阳本地乡镇印刷厂印制,再销往日本。作品通过装置及影像的方式,探讨当年家乡高危的传统花炮生产业与日本焰火消费的关系以及对本土现实文化生态的反观。

作品说明:“好猎手”系列中青少年的形象经常作为被大众消费迷恋的主体,同时又具有原始的动物性和未被社会驯化的外露暴力。他们的姿态借用了西方雕塑和绘画传统中的古埃及古希腊立像,被认为是兼顾了神性的理想化人体,被虚拟克隆在身躯、体格和精神上的永恒性。

作品说明:雕塑“拳击人的肖像”是拳击人化身成了奖杯或者棋子的造型。拳击人是一个力量爆炸变异成的拼合符号,黑色的拳头上长着动画角色的嘴,在笑脸迎迎中也夹杂着危险和警示。

作品说明:“拳击人”系列由近年来持续创作的“好猎手”和“正道仔”系列发展而来,从具象的人体逐步变形提炼成一个抽象的、以拳击手套为肖像、没有面目和器官的“拳击人”形象。“拳击人”意图打破一切器官有机功能的界线,让身体任何部分皆能具备思维。作为视觉符号,艺术家所反复描绘的健壮肌肉已经脱离母体,成为一个独立的新物种,既是体能、战斗、征服的象征,也是权力、孤独和矛盾体的暧昧隐喻。

作品说明:当观众走近作品时,墙就会自动打开并展现出巨幅的影像:一个保持着标准微笑的精致女孩的面庞在不停地晃动着,令人感到暧昧、恍惚和困惑。当车门突然打开,才意识到这是一个车厢广告,画面中能看到车站里步伐匆匆的人群与悠闲的鸽子,广告里精致的笑容与突然闯入画面的一个老妇人形成强烈的反差。突如其来的矛盾感体现着一种现实与想象的撕裂,折射出当下我们面对的“真实”的“假”世界。

作品信息:单屏影像 30分钟 /摄影/历史文献 2017年

作品说明:早在50年代开始,乒乓球成为了中国全民的健身运动,此后数百位中国运动员在各类乒乓球赛事上为国家争得荣耀。“以小球转动大球”的政策也让这项运动在外交中发挥了作用。

在作品“乒乓流”中,通过影像引入了历史和虚构两种素材,模仿了典型电视谈话节目、体育比赛和开幕式转播的形式,通过蒙太奇的表演,回溯了一段奥运冠军之间爱恨交织的友情故事。

作品名称:《亚种:30个初音未来》

作品信息:综合材料(摄影微喷、栅格画、互动机械装置、机器生成影像、模型手办) 2020

作品说明:在此次拍摄中,30个cosplayer扮演了自己心目中最喜欢的虚拟歌姬偶像初音未来(初音ミク/Hatsune Miku)形象,初音未来的衍生形象,被称为“亚种”,此词来自于生物学。而初音本身代表的同人“二次创作”文化。同时,亚种也反映了中国和日本这样的亚洲国家面临的角色转型。简单来说,扮演喜欢的艺术作品中角色的热望,有时也能改变我们本身,而此刻他们是迷妹和迷弟 ,是亚种,也是偶像本身。

现场模拟及互动游戏、无限长度,声音,控制器装置,尺寸可变,2021

作品说明:

这里有一种统一的节奏,去上班、乘电车和逛便利店,好像每个人都在一条单向的、被预设的路径上,过着自律的生活。

这件作品营造了一个虚拟的生活系统,也是一个都市迷宫游戏,观者可以操控角色在其中进行日常通勤的历险,其内在的构成来源于驻地创作中在都市、街道、庭院、寺庙的行走体验。我将不同地域、位置、生活状态的人群放置在一个日常迷宫里规律流动,他们偶然会触发荒诞的剧情。

作品说明:

未被证伪即科学吗?当人们对世界的认知不足以理解眼前所见时,会自然调用想象力来填补认知的裂痕。自古以来人们对未知的想象力填充,逐渐成为在远方的天际线若隐若现的神话。利用增强现实的手段将这种想象力的填充带到此时此地。女娲补天或许是古人们面对来自虫洞中的星际战舰做出的被动幻想;大禹化身为熊刨山开渠,与人们寄希望于基因编辑带来的人类增强不谋而合;星际文明用戴森球包裹的恒星可能被误认为太阳神羲和驼日;远古宇航员的太空电梯被记载为参天的神树,在地球上留下的知识图谱被诵为洛龟负书……

作品说明:

我在2019年日本驻地实践交流中发现了中日近代交流的线索。

服部亮英于1937-1939年曾担任中央美术学院的前身北京美术学校的副校长,同时和齐白石、卫天霖等一起举办过展览,和中国有着很深的渊源。但在中日两国很少有人知道。通过各方面我找到了他的后代,从他们的口述了解到了他的情况以及他在历史中的贡献。

在本次的作品中,反射在镜面的影像在传播过程中不断地局部被挖空,同时在另一个反射中局部又被放大。信息传达中的变异和错位,在错乱的反射中,我也在重新思考作品中所呈现的近代中日两国的复杂关系。

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
