11月27日下午,艺术的气息涌动在中央美术学院美术馆·廊坊馆,双展——“演化-公共的未来”、“邬建安 个展:是海,是沙丘”在几十位艺术家、学者和媒体朋友的见证下拉开帷幕。

中央美术学院副院长苏新平致辞
苏新平表示,此次中央美术学院美术馆·廊坊馆双展——“演化-公共的未来”、“邬建安 个展:是海,是沙丘”的盛大开幕,为冬季增添了不一样的颜色,形成了不一样的艺术风景线。两项展览既是中央美术学院学术思想的继承和发扬,又是中央美院美术馆学术研究成果的重要展现,还彰显了央美美术馆与丝路中心的合作力量。他希望央美廊坊馆在双展开幕的基础上再接再厉,通过艺术的介入,使人们与文化、生活融为一体,实现生活与艺术的互惠共生。央美廊坊馆将携手丝路中心,为大众带来更多美好的展览和艺术体验。
新绎控股总裁李晓菲致辞
李晓菲在致辞中表示,“演化-公共的未来”、“邬建安 个展:是海,是沙丘”的开幕,是今年丝路中心公共艺术服务的重要事件。丝路中心的发展离不开艺术界、媒体界朋友们的支持和帮助。她希望未来能在大家的支持下,更好地发挥丝路中心国际文化交流平台的作用,为推动文化互鉴、文明互赏做出贡献,更好地服务广大艺术爱好者和人民群众。有了艺术家和艺术工作者们的共同努力,艺术的春天一定会到来。
中央美术学院美术馆馆长张子康致辞
张子康表示,双展汇聚了国内外几十位艺术家的优秀作品,代表了公共艺术的一线水准,既是一次国际化的艺术交汇,也是一次多元化的文化交流。他相信这两项高水准的艺术展览,将是疫情期间推进美术馆公共化进程的重要事件。
艺术家冯梦波致辞
冯梦波表示,丝路中心的艺术空间非常震撼,具备承接国际一线展览的条件。于今日开幕的两项展览具备非常高的学术水准,相信能给艺术爱好者们带来不一样的艺术享受。
艺术家邬建安致辞
邬建安则在致辞中谈到,人类物种渴望交流,渴望沟通,当下的世界有太多荒诞和不安,但我们内心有一种相信和乐观。此次展览的艺术作品,核心的内容就是“表达与分享”,希望能够让观众在观展后通过自己的创作感知自我、感知生命。
策展人李振华通过视频方式向展览的开幕表达由衷的祝贺。他表示,邬建安个展充满神秘感,但又是每个人面对的现实,展现的世界值得每个人用心去体会。而常青画廊、偏锋画廊代表作为合作方,在发言中表达了与央美廊坊馆、丝路中心携手推进艺术走向社会、走进生活的美好意愿。

“演化-公共的未来”由中央美术学院美术馆馆长张子康担任总策划,由策展人陈澈与段少锋联合策划,邀请国内外在公共艺术领域具有丰富经验的艺术家和时下对网络公共空间具有探索性的青年艺术家及艺术小组,从实体文化艺术空间和虚拟网络空间双重维度出发,呈现一系列讨论公共边界、视觉权力、虚拟身份等前沿议题的艺术作品。

2020年受全球新冠疫情影响,世界按下了暂停键,人们从现实的公共空间领域剥离出来进入隔离生活的状态。在这样的全球局势下,作为公共空间的艺术机构未能幸免进入到停摆时期。“演化-公共的未来”作为2021年央美廊坊馆重要的当代艺术展览项目,宛如宣言一样预示着美术馆公共化进程的重启,从展览主题的设置到展览作品的选择都围绕“公共”展开。

“演化-公共的未来”既包含了以往我们对于公共艺术的常规认知,也包含了近年来公众参与程度很高的艺术形式,而且将公共艺术的探讨延伸到互联网公共空间。在疫情期间,现实公共空间陷入停摆时虚拟的互联网公共空间极其活跃:直播、虚拟现实、线上办公、社交网络等互联网公共空间无疑在疫情期间被大大地使用和拓宽了。

起伏的沙丘,炫黑的隧洞,巨幅的镜面,此起彼伏的主光源以及象征着大海的水体装置,由李振华担纲策展的“邬建安 个展:是海,是沙丘”,在1000多平米的展厅中组成了饱含奇幻与神秘的能量场。邬建安是一位具有国际影响力的中国当代艺术家,他的作品尽管富于图像和叙事的营构,但不应忽视的是他创作中的超自然力——非图像的,非志怪的,绵延不懈的追问,以他独到的思想结构和逻辑体系,编织在时空与文明间纵横的叙事关系。

这是一项新旧交融的展览。在超越时空,突破边界的场域中,陈列着邬建安的几组大型作品,从始于铅笔线描转向牛皮雕刻的代表性作品《九重天》,到运用黄铜镂刻语言对剪纸作品进行“再创造”的《白日梦的森林》;从“跨界”艺术实验——由10件仿真动物标本组成的装置艺术作品《征兆》,到映照人与自然关系的《人造物》和《兽笔》;从用象征的句法扎起文化基因“巨人”的《大身体》,到以营造空间和环境的方式将近四百个单体作品组成巨型矩阵的《素色的面孔》。邬建安创作中对新旧交融、图像转绎和材料衍化的不懈探索,以空间序列为线索徐徐展开……

“邬建安 个展:是海,是沙丘”一方面相对完整地呈现了邬建安近年来的几个创作高峰阶段,系统性地梳理艺术家的创作脉络,也体现出其善于利用各类材料和媒介进行艺术表达的能力。另一方面,展览从强调叙事性和故事的上下文引入对未知能量的表现,一切终归于纯粹材料和观念的空间尺度和质量,并作用于人的抽象感知力,塑造一个能量不息的空间。作品质地、体量和手法的跳跃带来展厅场景的变幻,给人以时空快速切换的感觉,而时间又似乎在这里停滞了。神话故事中的一瞬可能是许多代常人的人生。

行走于既有峰回路转、又无线路之规的沙之世界,在东升西落的两个主光源交替中感知时光的流转,在幽暗的人造沙丘内部洞穴探索,凝望着镜膜和水面幻化而出的平行空间……整个展览像是一次发生在未来的考古,是后羿射日的某个时间切片,是个拥有两个太阳、人与传说中的生灵共存的世界,是混沌初开的远古洪荒,抑或是《沙丘》或《三体》中描绘的未知世界。展览突破常规的光照、质地、陈设,旨在激发每个观者感知的张力,营造一方观察、冥想、沉思的独立之所:“整个空间就像是旅行中陌生的无人之处,科幻小说中最孤独的星球。人需要独立的空间,冥想的空间,独处的时刻。”

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

Article I
This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.
Article II
Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.
Article III

If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
