2023年3月2日,第四届中央美术学院“靳尚谊青年教师创作奖”揭晓,获奖教师作品展在中央美术学院美术馆同期开幕。中央美术学院原院长靳尚谊,老教授孙景波,党委书记高洪,院长范迪安,党委副书记、纪委书记杨文海,副院长兼基金会理事长徐扬,党委副书记王晓琳,副院长吕品晶、邱志杰,院长助理潘承辉,展览策展人殷双喜,第四届“靳尚谊青年教师创作奖”获奖教师王子锟、黄洋、纪玉洁、董卓,以及学校各院系、党政部门负责人、师生代表出席开幕式。开幕式由学校教育发展基金会副理事长孙伟主持。
中央美术学院原院长靳尚谊致辞
中央美术学院原院长靳尚谊在致辞中对青年教师群体寄予了新的期望,他表示,我国艺术事业迅猛发展,造型艺术也日益丰富,样式多元、风格多样,这需要青年教师思考艺术如何实现更好发展,如何创作更多优秀作品。希望青年教师们能够打好构图、造型、色彩的基本功,为形成自己的风格奠定造型的坚实基础,加强基本功训练,深入研究创作的规律,从而得到艺术造诣的真正提升。
中央美术学院党委书记高洪致辞
党委书记高洪在致辞中表示,靳尚谊青年教师创作奖是为中央美术学院青年教师搭建的平台、开辟的赛道,让青年教师展示才华,跑出好成绩。中央美术学院的希望在于青年教师的成长,中央美术学院青年教师像前辈先生一样成为名家大师是学校最大的愿望。希望青年教师能够突破“舒适区”,给自己出难题:要成为服务国家重大战略中央美术学院创新团队中的有生力量,发挥不可替代的独特作用;要成为国家和地方各类人才计划中的后备人员,为迎接挑战做好全面而充分的准备;要成为各类奖项的有力竞争者,成为师生学习的楷模,让学校历史记载你的故事;要有“代表作”意识,把正在创作、设计的作品作为自己艺术人生的里程碑;要制定个人发展规划和阶段性目标,一步一个脚印的实现成为有影响力的优秀艺术家的理想;要有理论文章和学术专著体现你的学术理念、创作思想、教学方式和创造性解决前沿问题的成果;要有创作、设计的作品,放在祖国的大地上和人民美好的生活中,并通向艺术的高峰。希望青年教师们将压力转换成动力,面对时代给出的试题,考出优异的成绩;同时,也希望学校各部门、各单位都要关心青年教师成长,给予更加有力的支撑和创设更为良好的环境。
中央美术学院院长、中国美术家协会主席范迪安致辞
院长范迪安在致辞中表示,作为国家高等艺术学府,我们最看重的是教学和学术生态环境氛围的营造,大学之大不在楼宇高屋之大,而在于有大学者,在于学者有大情怀,这也是习近平总书记提出的教师要立志成为“大先生”的题中之义。靳尚谊先生为中央美术学院的事业发展和中国美术的事业发展贡献了重要力量。“靳尚谊青年教师创作奖”的设立不仅是靳先生对青年教师的鼓励、支持与鞭策,也对学校“双一流”学科建设有着强有力的推动作用。“双一流”学科建设首先要建设一支一流的教师队伍,形成中央美术学院人才涌流、继往开来的态势。习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中指出“人才是第一资源”,我们要按照习近平总书记的重要指示,鼓励美院青年教师担当时代重任,一是要坚持与时代同步伐,以人民为中心,把青春的艺术创作力量贡献给这个时代,以创作精品力作、树立传世之作为目标形成自己从青年通往中年时期创作的高潮期,希望青年教师真正为时代、为自己树立起这份理想;二是要努力做青年学生的良师益友,积极投入教学,为学生上好思想课、理论课、专业课,把青年学子引导到全面发展健康发展的道路上。时代要求我们的青年教师格外重视自身全方位的成长成才,从而接续起中央美术学院近105年的发展历程,全院的老前辈与晚辈齐心协力,共同铸就中央美术学院新的辉煌。

奖项评审委员会评审召集人、展览策展人殷双喜在致辞中表示,“靳尚谊青年教师创作奖”的宗旨是鼓励美院青年教师积极投入艺术创作,在创作中提升自己的学术水平,以此反馈到教学工作中,惠及更多的青年学生。希望获奖的青年教师能够将家国情怀和高超的艺术水准二者结合,深入研究绘画的构图规律、色彩规律、造型规律,创作出表现人民和时代的优秀作品。

获奖教师王子锟在发言中表示,未来将不断提高个人创作修养、教学水平和人文素养,脚踏实地,潜心创作,用艺术表现新时代,用艺术服务社会,打磨创作出更多的作品。同时,在教学上努力引导学生关注时代,深入生活,培养学生创新精神和实践能力。

获奖教师黄洋在发言中表示,作为美院立德树人大军中的一员小兵,感受到了沉甸甸的教师责任,未来也将本着高度的职业精神对专业教学问题进行反复攻坚,沿着百年传统继续端正学术理念、接力前行。

获奖教师纪玉洁在发言中回顾了自己在美院学习和美术馆的工作经历,她表示,未来将继续秉承中央美术学院优秀的治学传统,不断钻研和探索设计创作与创新,服务广大艺术家,以设计为驱动,助力美术馆、美术学院对外形象的传播与推广。
获奖教师董卓发言
获奖教师董卓在发言中表示,在美院学习、工作近二十年的时间里,感受到了美院前辈对晚辈的成长、老师对学生的成长都一直遵循着“传帮带”这一传统,作为青年教师要充分用好学校提供的平台和机会,不断寻求突破,努力创作更多优秀作品。

“靳尚谊青年教师创作奖”由中央美术学院教授、原院长靳尚谊先生捐赠发起并出资支持,奖项自2019年设立至今,已经连续举办四届,本次评选范围涵盖了参与重大主题和现实题材创作、设计、建筑的中央美院青年教师群体,侧重考察教师作品的时代性、原创性、学术性以及社会影响等,旨在支持青年教师立足中国大地、感受时代变迁,积极投身艺术创作,打造精品力作,促进青年教师专业能力提升,助推学校一流师资队伍建设。此次展览集中展出第四届创作奖四位获奖教师艺术创作实践的作品。

中央美术学院副教授、硕士研究生导师、李可染画院研究员。
作品《育新人》入选文化和旅游部国家主题性美术创作工程,入选庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年作品展。绘制《数风流人物—功勋模范主题绘本丛书》系列。参与创作中国宋庆龄基金会成立40周年邮票“我与祖国一起成长”,由中国邮政发行,刊登于人民日报。参与新版小学数学插图高年级组插图绘制工作及六册封面创作绘制。在山水画意向研究领域有持续输出,对构成形式与笔墨语言的融合以及山花人物图示符号的意像表达方面有深入思考,作品被中国美术馆、中央美院美术馆、沧州文联美术馆、保利时间博物馆、天大美术馆、国家艺术联盟、江苏盐都画院等单位收藏。出版《任运成象—王子锟山水画集》《叠像—王子锟作品集》。作品论文发表于《美术研究》《中国画艺术年鉴》《艺术品》等多本艺术核心期刊。

纪玉洁
艺术学博士,副研究员,中央美术学院美术馆设计总监/设计部主任,设计学院硕士研究生导师,中央美术学院美术博物馆虚拟策展实验室设计顾问。主要从事展览设计、当代设计策展及展览策划。
主创完成100多项展览设计。“新中国成立70周年”国庆彩车设计组及“庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会”会场设计组成员。曾获第四届“靳尚谊青年教师创作奖”,第二届中央美术学院“徐悲鸿奖”,“第九届全国书籍设计艺术展”铜奖,“美国印制大奖”优异奖;博士研究生“国家奖学金”,“王式廓吴咸奖学金”,“博士研究生学业奖学金(全奖)”,2010届中央美术学院“优秀创作奖”;曾入选国家艺术基金“国内艺术人才赴海外艺术机构交流项目”;设计作品曾入选“首届全国青年平面设计作品展”、“东京字体指导俱乐部年度奖(TDC)”、“千里之行——2010届毕业生优秀作品展”等。
出版专著:《变革与趋向:20世纪70年代以来的设计展策展研究》。出版译著:《创造力与幼儿美术》;在《美术研究》《艺术与设计》等期刊发表多篇文章,包括《视觉转译、空间叙事与思维赋能——设计之于策展的价值初探》《设计博物馆的叙事语法》等。
曾担任“超融体:2021成都双年展”“时潮共燃”主题版块联合策展人,“万物生息——后石油时代的材料与设计”联合策展人,“生生不息——叙事的黄河”执行策展人、“转换——六个面向”青年艺术群展策展人等。“多维的感性”策展项目入选文旅部“2022年全国美术馆青年策展人扶持计划”。

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement
I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.
CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer
Article I
This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.
Article II
Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.
Article III
Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.
Article IV
Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.
Article V
During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.
Article V
During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
