丨研究生院介绍丨

2016年研究生院正式挂牌,标志着中央美术学院成为国内首家成立研究生院的专业美术学校。研究生院兼具行政和教学双重职能。设有培养办公室、学位办公室、教学质量监管中心、教学部等部门。研究生院的主要职能是整合学院优势研究生教育资源,集中优秀的师资队伍,合理化学科方向,建立完备且可持续发展的学术体系。在继承美院优秀教学传统,保持既有高精尖学科优势的基础上,打破专业壁垒,实现顶尖教学资源的开放与共享,推动高层次艺术人才的培养。截止2023年,中央美术学院在研究生培养管理方面,有正高192人,副高117人;博导149人,硕导299人,博硕导139人。在校研究生1706人,其中硕士1338人,博士321人,留学生硕士34人,留学生博士13人。涉及美术学、设计学、艺术学理论、建筑学、城乡规划学、风景园林学学科以及艺术(美术、艺术设计)、风景园林、建筑学专业学位。

“研究生院教学部”即毕业展的参展单位,是我院实践类博士研究生培养的实体教学单位,负责实践类博士研究生的日常教学、课程设置、学生工作、质量监控以及开题、答辩、毕业展等博士研究生在读期间培养的各个环节。目前培养的在校博士研究生226人(含留学生8人)。参加此次毕业展的共计28名博士研究生同学,其中中国画、书法研究方向4人,油画研究方向11人,版画研究方向1人,雕塑研究方向2人,壁画研究方向2人,主题美术创作研究等方向2人,摄影艺术研究2人,当代艺术及艺术与科技研究等方向4人。“研究生院教学部”根据全国研究生教育会议精神,从本校人才培养特色及定位出发,近年来出台一系列教学改革措施,包括“双导师制”“教学观摩系列双个展”“毕业论文预答辩”“毕业创作开题”“毕业创作汇看”等,制定出一套合乎专业教学规律的实践类博士生培养目标、培养方案与考核标准,成为这一领域的先行者与引领者。

自然的生长凋敝与时间的流逝一直是作者关注的主题。文字与图像可以记录历史的真实,这件作品基于古代赏石文化,通过将文献中有关宋徽宗宣和六十五石的记载,进行文字与图像的对应工作。再结合作者的主观布置,以石作山用水墨语言呈现。丰富的画面元素构成一种看似具有传统“三远”空间的山水境界,显像与隐形之物却提示着这并非真境实景,反光与倒影更是毫无商量的将观者拉进作品中,就像时间流逝从未经过我们的同意。进而探讨历史真实与当下真实的关系,尝试以水墨建立一种传统范式的误读新解。

以水为客体,探讨绘画与时间、空间、视角和再现的关系,以流动的观看形成绘画结果:对水文特征的感性体验、记忆中和现实中的差异感受、面对水域之时的运动状态,不同位置、时空中的视角,和不同位置、形态、时空中的水,多因素的聚合与并置,形成离散且统一的绘画结果。“‘流动’不但成为物理的事实,也成为一种被人们普遍分享的认知状态,在大部分时候,它是不自知的,而是表现为一种普遍化的情绪。没有任何身份是固定不变和始终如一的,也没有任何观看是固定不变和始终如一的。”观看、情绪、触动——自然视觉与无形的感性之间、情感表达与客观描绘之间、无形与有形、虚与实之间,思辨的痕迹似凝似动,如水体一般无尽意。

笔触是组成绘画的基本元素。在我的绘画中,“笔触”的所指与能指功能同等重要,它是名也是物。换句话说,它既是笔触又不是笔触,同时也是拼贴的物质性材料,是形状,是现成品,是主体。

有感于自然界的任何生命体随着时间的推移都会产生荣枯变化。枯萎和新生是两种不同的美感,很难说究竟哪一种更接近事物的本质状态。可以说,隐入尘烟是一切外在形式的最终归宿。这件作品以植物为切入点,用纸浆材料表现生命和自然的关系,并强调生命价值标准的多样性。

垂坠的非固定的皮料、柔软的胶体与有机玻璃、金属医疗器械的混杂,上升与下落、柔软与坚硬、稳定与不确定的共融形成“池”的场域,作品以现代性的手法表现对农耕文明、生态循环、人与乡土的关系、血缘、生命的诞生与消逝等问题的思考。无论是生物学上的“落叶归根”概念,还是文化的历史情境上,人与自然、乡土都是紧密连接的。作品整体所呈现出的女性化特征,是作者一直以来创作风格的延续与转换,同时也是“土地”形象化、拟人化的手段。

塔吉克族人勤劳善良、热情好客、能歌善舞,作为中国非物质文化遗产的塔吉克婚俗别具一格。婚礼中,新娘身着红色嫁衣,妆点华丽首饰,梳长辫系大红丝穗,伴娘同着红色礼服,敲击手鼓以示他们愿意将新娘嫁给新郎。婚礼是美好与新的开始,就像春天的到来,寓意着一个民族对美好未来的向往与憧憬。

中学时我曾偶然读过汪曾祺先生的散文名篇《多年父子成兄弟》,文中对父子亲情的叙述令人感动。工作后带学生去景德镇写生,在随大家游走于各个陶瓷作坊之间时,发现竟有不少作坊都是父子一起经营,父子间既是师徒,又是拍档,于是动心回来后画了这幅画,以感恩并纪念每位父亲对儿子、师傅对徒弟的殷切期望之情。

用水晶珠串出一个巨大的No。内心汹涌的天然隐秘情感,总在人与人的沟通中寻找安全的出口,“拒绝”是日常必备、必要的情绪之一,“NO”则是确切的拒绝。当一个简单、众所周知的英文单词被放大并以标语的形式出现在展场中,观众也被要求在内心重温拒绝的含义与行为。

 

穿过珠帘回头看,“NO”似乎变成了“ON”,两个字母简单的换位,带来了截然不同的概念。仔细观看,似乎又有些许变化。“超前、继续”这些带有积极含义的解读将作品的余味持续下去。

 

中国物质文化中用水晶珠串起的珠帘自带诸多闺阁之气,当用装置艺术的形式语言进行的转换把它切换到当下频道中,成为女性群体处境在内心折射出的镜像

这批作品通过材料的堆叠、剥落的痕迹、繁复细节和立体结构的重塑与日常的视觉模式产生了距离。画面中具有来源的底图,或是局部显露出半具象的,变形的图层,在画面纵向堆叠的结构上分层和挤压,通过消解信息的精准指向以及塑造的语言,反思了当下日益平滑和系统的视觉范式。

关于空间与时间的叙事

我的创作都是以时间为起点,将不同时间存在的物体放到同一个画面的空间中,用绘画的方式让消失的事物和当下的事物产生一种重置,我将画布当作一种情感的叙述和记录时间事件的载体。在我的生活中充斥着大量的图像,我会把这些图像或是形象代入一种时间的对比,并与我的自身的生活经历和生活环境相结合,希望我的这种绘画的方式与表达可以引起观者的思考。

本幅作品创作缘起于我在家乡陕南安康石泉一带采风时,有感于一路上看到它从陕南民居,古镇小景山水向北方峡谷环境的转变。且因此地域植被丰茂,环境湿润,一场春雨过后,常常是看不清树形、房屋轮廓,整个环境呈现出一片氤氲。观者置身其中,就像走进了虚幻的世外桃源之中,偶见一些民居小院,颇具生动活泼之感。我着意于将这种俊美灵动的古镇小景与雄壮的秦岭巴山加以融合,在画面中将兼具南北特色的建筑作为一种绘画符号,穿插于山石林木之间,形成一种节奏和韵律感。画面的色调上选用了黄绿色,也是为了表现人们在艰难的疫情过后,一切生活恢复日常,人与自然和谐美好,万物复苏、充满希望的内心期许。

自前人立“法”,后世之人无不在法度之下进行各种尝试和实践,形成每个时代的风貌。另外,书法在某种意义上是技术的,通过观察、模拟、尝试不同的技术手段来表达自己的情感。书法如同“带着脚镣的舞蹈”,我们追求的则是在“法度”之内建立自己的造型语言。本次展览作品仅是学习过程中展示的一小部分,以实验性的态度,探求书画印三者之间互融共生的关系。

我总想在毕业创作中多画一些人物,在一张画里完成多人物组合的绘画。排队的场景能够使我的画面里充满了人,所以我把各种排队的人画在了一起,它们满足了我细致描绘一个个人物、一片片树叶的绘画愿望。

这是一个由动植物杂交而成的生物,它是中国境内特有的水生物种。其形似并蒂莲,周身为肉质。两个“花盘”为其口器,通过反复开合口器的方式捕食浮游生物——看起来就像莲花绽放。视频的一开始演示了该生物的形态和运动频率。

 

它在阳光的折射下作用于人的视网膜,会引发视错觉,使人看到变形的残像。视频中演示了残像的变化过程,墙上的作品则是对残像的定格。

时至今日,人们破译出了该生物的基因密码,并将其植入数字矩阵。通过艺术与科技的结合,人类探索着生物演化的新方向,也在以新的方式理解生命。

摆渡人系列延续着我一直以来关注的自我觉醒问题。而摆渡人一词对我而言是一个精神的符号象征,是连接“此岸”与“彼岸”,“今生”与“来世”,“社会”与“自然”之间的一种关系,在“摇摆”与“动荡”的过程中,人们残破的肉身与精神以某种方式趋于稳定和统一,得到一种有序的平衡。而身体与灵魂总是会有一者先于他者向前行进,无论是停靠还是再远航,破碎的身体与灵魂是不可逆的,特别是在后疫情时代的洪流中,人们在巨大的张力与压力的关系中缝合自我,在自然与社会之间寻找自我的定位,重新认识自己,寻找自觉的新的可能。

作品画面由AI生成的图像组合而成。圆环形键盘使用仓颉所创字符与结绳记事符号构成。

仓颉造字之说,源于《淮南子》的记载:黄帝的史官仓颉,受鸟兽脚印的启发,创造出最初的28个象形文字。然而,据考证,最初的汉字不是一个人创作出来的,而是史前人类在上千年的使用中演变而来,经过系统的整理而逐渐形成。AI人工智能技术在图像学习方面,也表现出极其相似的过程。其区别仅在于:对图像进行筛选的主体,是机器还是人?

算法的进步使得艺术的视野变得更为开阔与多维,虚拟世界似乎终于能够撕开现实世界的帷幕,将我们卷入到这个虚拟与现实无法分辨的空间之中。斯坦利·温鲍姆曾在1935年的小说《皮格马利翁的眼镜》中构想了一款能进入到元宇宙世界的眼镜。这款眼镜可以同时模拟视觉、触觉、嗅觉和味觉,甚至可以和画面中的世界进行交互,并影响镜中世界的历史进程。我利用这个典故,通过名画以及旧胶片等介质中出现的那些景观,使用已有的数字技术模拟了一个接近现实比例的完美世界(见附图)。然而,当这个世界被人工智能解析时,其中的悖论尽显,让其变得冷漠荒谬(见附视频),就像柏拉图在洞穴隐喻中所描述的那样,我们游离于两个世界之间,甚至,我们与现实世界的联系已被切断。

虚拟人Oori光诞生于2021年,她在当下瞬息万变的世界中不断的进化与重生。在人工智能时代,一个虚拟人拥有了远超人类的进化速度。她穿梭在现实世界与虚拟世界的物理之间,像人类一样寻找自我,通过与人的交互,学习人类的心理和情感。同时也超脱于过去和未来的时间长河,从注视古希腊雅典的德尔菲神庙上刻着的神谕——认识你自己,到追问当下社会人类所认定的自我——诸如身份、相貌、身体、名字、想法、情绪等与之关系。她从诞生起,就被赋予了不断超越个体与持续进化的任务。在这个过程中,她也试图模仿人类的内在觉性和灵性,人与生俱来的这种生命的无限性,是她最向往却无法抵达的生命乌托邦。

一组利用蛇的绞杀行为创作的雕塑作品。

蛇对猎物的绞杀行为不是后天学习而来,而是像一套刻在基因中的,使这一物种延续了上亿年的一个“程序”。它带有某种远古的生命记忆。

这组作品利用了这一程序的局限性而将其触发,并用雕塑的形式将这种力量记录下来。可以说,它是利用生物的纯粹基因行为而制作的雕塑作品。

Article I

If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
