CAFAM青年学者沙龙|艺术之“真”: 感性之于女艺术家创作的价值

“多维的感性——中央美术学院美术馆藏女艺术家作品展”即将落下帷幕,值此之际,中央美术学院美术馆将于2023年9月1日下午15:00-17:00,在会议室举办CAFAM青年学者沙龙——“艺术之‘真’:感性之于女艺术家创作的价值”。本次活动由中央美术学院副院长邱志杰担任学术主持,中央美术学院美术馆馆长张子康担任学术总监,中央美术学院美术馆副馆长高高致辞,并由“多维的感性”展览策展人纪玉洁特别邀约晏燕、周博、李笑男、张晨、刘希言、赵炎、吴晶莹、李垚辰、段少峰等九位潜心于现当代艺术、艺术理论与批评、视觉文化、中外美术比较、展览策划等研究领域的优秀青年学者进行对谈。届时,他们将以艺术之“真”为基点,聚焦女性世界中的不同艺术叙述,围绕20世纪以来,中国女性艺术的现实境遇与表达方式的新变化、“感性”作为艺术语言形式变革的内生动力、“身体体验”视觉化与艺术风格的自我建构,女性的社会角色与艺术家角色的关系等话题展开。从不同维度挖掘和拓展“多维的感性”展览的研究性和理论维度,探索展览作为拓展学术研究方式的多种可能。

晏燕

今日美术馆副馆长、北京美术家协会策展艺术委员会委员。中央美术学院当代艺术批评史研究方向硕士,2011年就职于北京今日美术馆至今,拥有多年美术馆展览策划、学术活动策划、学术出版及大型项目管理及团队管理经验。参与出版《今日∙艺术∙研究2018》,担任副主编。参与出版《中国民营美术馆运营与筹建研究》,担任执行主编。

周博

博士、中央美术学院设计学院教授。主要研究领域为设计的历史与理论、视觉文化研究。出版专著《断裂与绵延:中国现代设计史研究》、《人道的栖居:中国当代设计批评》、《现代设计伦理思想史》、《中国现代文字设计图史》等4部;主编《设计真言:西方现代设计经典文选》、《字体摩登:字体书和中国现代文字设计的再发现(1919-1955)》等。获奖包括教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖、霍英东教育基金会高校青年教师奖等。

李笑男

艺术史博士、中国人民大学艺术学院副教授、艺术学系系主任。主要从事西方艺术史论、影像与新媒体艺术研究。出版著作有《作为观念的影像——西方当代影像 艺术探源》、《1988年以来的中国当代影像艺术》、《艺术史的语言》(译)、《莫兰迪的艺术》(译)等,论文发表见于《文艺研究》、《美术观察》、《世界美术》、《艺术评论》等期刊。

张晨

中央美术学院人文学院副教授、美术学博士、硕士生导师。主要研究方向为视觉文化理论、西方艺术史、中外美术比较等,曾赴意大利威尼斯美术学院、法国巴黎艺术史研究中心、哈佛大学意大利文艺复兴研究中心、德国柏林世界文化宫访学交流。现主持国家社科基金艺术学青年项目“现当代身体艺术理论研究”,完成国家社科基金后期资助项目,并出版专著《身体·空间·时间——德勒兹艺术理论研究》,另有《印象主义》《拉斐尔的<雅典学院>》等译著7部,在《文艺研究》《美术观察》《文化研究》等学术期刊发表论文多篇,也从事当代艺术的策展与批评工作。


刘希言

艺术学理论博士、副研究员。中央美术学院美术馆学术部主任、北京文艺评论家协会会员。入选文旅部青年策展人扶持计划,策划展览获得文旅部馆藏精品展出季优秀展览项目。著有《建构与思辨:艺术博物馆陈列方法论研究》一书,主编《闲步观妆:18-19世纪中国平板玻璃画研究》《中央美术学院美术馆藏精品大系•中国古代书画卷》等。学术论文散见《美术》《美术研究》《艺术设计研究》《艺术博物馆》《美术馆》等。研究方向为美术馆史、美术馆学理论及跨地域美术馆实践研究等。


赵炎

中央美术学院副研究员、硕士研究生导师、中央美术学院学报《世界美术》杂志编辑。致力于西方艺术史、艺术理论和当代艺术批评的研究。主要著作有《超现实的艺术批评:安德烈·布勒东与超现实主义艺术》《柏拉图的眼光:模仿与古希腊艺术》《林风眠》等。参与翻译的著作有《1985 年以来的当代艺术理论》《绿色律令》《视觉文化:图像与阐释》《1945 年以来的当代艺术指南》等。

吴晶莹

中央美术学院副研究员、硕士研究生导师、中国文艺评论家协会会员。本科、硕士、博士均就读于中央美术学院人文学院,主要从事西方现当代艺术史、摄影史、艺术理论与批评、视觉文化研究。出版专著1部,教材1部,译著3部,曾在《南京艺术学院学报(美术与设计版)》《美术学报》《世界美术》等发表学术论文三十余篇。主持1项并参与多项国家级科研项目。

 

李垚辰

副研究员、博士、中央美术学院美术馆典藏部主任。从事典藏理论研究、近现代美术史研究,组织策划展览项目多次获得文化和旅游部奖励。具体统筹《中央美术学院美术馆藏精品大系》十卷本的编辑出版工作,发表《李叔同油画《半裸女像》的发现与初考》(第二作者)《李叔同油画<自画像>研究的新发现》《追寻艺坛硕学吴法鼎的遗作——中央美术学院藏两幅佚名油画为吴法鼎作品的考证》等论文。

策划专题展览“雕塑基因——20世纪五十、六十年代中央美术学院雕塑专业构建中的多种传统”“啄木——刘岘与木口木刻”“一段记忆的修复——袁运生《水乡的记忆》作品史研究”“天才纵横——中央美术学院美术馆藏任伯年作品专题展”“古意的生成——馆藏明清书画研究展”“莫忘初业第一程——早期北平艺专的国画课堂”等展览项目,执行策划“大美之艺——中央美术学院的艺术创作与美育影响”“百年征程 精神图谱——中央美术学院庆祝中国共产党成立100周年专题展”“人生如画——戴泽先生百岁艺术展”等综合性展览。

段少锋

策展人、撰稿人、博士候选人。毕业于中央美术学院人文学院,从事艺术研究写作。迄今为止策划的部分展览有:“发现:新青年影像展”(中央美术学院、今日美术馆、中央美术学院美术馆,2012),“徐冰和他的学生们:雁渡寒潭不留影”(苏州,诚品生活,2017),“2019武汉国际创客艺术节”,(武汉,合美术馆,2019),“Andy’s Joke”(北京,AC Gallery),“好消息&坏消息”(北京,798艺术中心,2020),2021深圳湾公共艺术季(深圳人才公园),“演化:公共的未来(中央美术学院美术馆廊坊馆,北京),第三届中国新疆国际艺术双年展(乌鲁木齐,新疆美术馆),“天演论:艺术与科技的融合进化”(北京理工大学美术馆,2023)等展览。同时撰稿文章发表于《艺术与设计》、《画刊》、《画廊》、《艺术市场》、四川美术学院学报《当代美术家》、鲁迅美术学院学报《艺术工作》等刊物。

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
