12月21日,中央美术学院美术馆年终述职暨宣布任职会议在学术报告厅举行。靳军担任中央美术学院美术馆副馆长(主持工作)。

参加会议的领导和嘉宾有:中央美术学院院长林茂,副院长邱志杰,组织(统战)部部长陆英明,美术馆前馆长张子康,美术馆直属党支部书记韩文超,美术馆副馆长(主持工作)靳军,美术馆副馆长王春辰、高高,以及学校办公室、组织(统战)部、纪委办公室等相关同志。

组织(统战)部部长陆英明受中央美术学院党委委托,宣读了任命通知。


中央美术学院院长林茂致辞

中央美术学院院长林茂在致辞中代表学校对靳军馆长的履新表示祝贺,同时对张子康馆长多年来呕心沥血地付出及带领美术馆取得的成就表示衷心的感谢!他表示,中央美术学院美术馆拥有悠久的历史,最早可以追溯至20世纪50年代初,央美陈列馆是中华人民共和国成立以后建造的第一座专业美术展览馆,1998年更名为“中央美术学院美术馆”。2008年美术馆新址落成并于2010年底入选了首批全国重点美术馆。美术馆的展览陈列、学术研究、教学互动、典藏修复、公共教育、国际交流、智识传播等功能在这座专业性国际化的现代美术馆中尽情地实现,艺术文明与时代文化在这里交汇和传播产生了广泛的影响。

张子康馆长在来央美美术馆之前先后在文化部、文旅部系统的中国国家画院、中国艺术研究院、文化艺术出版社、中国美术馆等单位和机构任职。作为著名艺术家、策展人、出版人、美术馆运营的管理专家,张子康一直活跃在中国美术馆领域里,推出了系列重要的当代艺术展。自张馆长来到美院之后,美术馆进入到了新的历史时期,以多场具有广泛社会影响力的展览进一步实现了艺术与人文、艺术与科学、艺术与时尚、艺术与社会在中央美术学院美术馆的融合发展。

靳军馆长是数字媒体艺术的实践者,拥有艺术、设计、科技等多学科的教育及工作背景,在设计教学与实践领域长期进行艺术、设计与科技创新的探索。主持了包括2022年北京冬奥会动态体育图标设计在内的多项重大设计类项目,2007年至2016年间组织策划了40余场系列艺术专题展,包括“回望反思”“重读经典”等展览的经典品牌。他主张艺术与科技的融合,即大设计的理念,专注于数字媒体艺术设计领域的教学、研究、产业创新。美术馆的工作要求高,任务重,相信靳军馆长一定能够很快融入到美术馆的大家庭中,团结带领各位班子成员,与美术馆的各位同事一道,持续提升美术馆的影响力,再攀新的高峰。

中央美术学院副院长邱志杰表示,张子康馆长为中央美院美术馆和中央美院乃至为中国美术事业作出的贡献是巨大的。希望未来张馆长能够继续关心中央美院美术馆的发展和中央美术学院的教学。靳军馆长在展览策划上有丰富的经验。尤其是数字媒体艺术上取得了非常丰硕的成果。中央美院美术馆既是国家重点美术馆,又是国家全国科普基地,未来在科技艺术方向上,应该有更具体的作为。邱院长回顾过去几年的美术馆工作:首先,成绩非常显著。其次,美术馆的任务很重,工作非常庞杂。第三,美术馆依然还有一个提升的空间,也面临着很多困难。他希望美术馆的新团队一起努力,填补目前美术馆工作中的不足,让美术馆的影响力达到一个新的高度。

美术馆前馆长张子康致辞

中央美术学院美术馆前馆长张子康在发言中感谢多年来美术馆团队对其工作的支持和包容。他表示,每一次遇到的转折都是一个新的机会,这是一个知识更新的时代,社会发展迅速,需要注入新的活力。相信在靳军馆长的带领下,美术馆的发展会更加宽广。


美术馆直属党支部书记韩文超致辞

美术馆直属党支部书记韩文超在发言中对张子康馆长到龄卸任送上最诚挚和最真心的祝福。他认为张馆在业界和学界是享有盛誉的,在其担任美术馆馆长期间,使美术馆在艺术界的影响力和拓展力得到非常大的提升,进一步提高了美术馆的国内、国际知名度,并从新时代新命题角度,搭建了新时期美术馆事业发展的台阶,美术馆能取得今天的成绩与张馆的努力和个人影响力分不开。同时他特别感谢学校党委选派靳军馆长到美术馆继续补足班子成员,相信未来在靳军馆长的带领下,美术馆的业务可以更上一层楼。

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
