“美在荟萃——全国美术馆珍藏作品汇展”在京开幕

甲辰龙年春节临近之际,由文化和旅游部艺术司、中国美术馆主办的“美在荟萃——全国美术馆珍藏作品汇展”于2月1日在中国美术馆开幕。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长卢映川在开幕式上讲话并宣布展览开幕。全国政协副秘书长、民盟中央副主席、中国美术馆馆长吴为山致辞。中国国家博物馆馆长王春法,中国作协党组成员、副主席、书记处书记吴义勤,国务院参事室党组成员、副主任赵冰,原文化部副部长王文章,文化和旅游部艺术司司长明文军、副司长何亚文,江苏省文化和旅游厅党组书记、厅长杨志纯出席开幕式。

卢映川表示,习近平总书记给中国美术馆的老专家老艺术家的回信为推动新时代美术馆事业高质量发展指明了前进方向,提供了根本遵循。本次展览集中展示了15家美术馆代表性收藏成果和突出的地域美术特色,展现了新时代以来美术馆事业进一步繁荣发展的良好局面。展览的成功举办,将在春节期间为广大观众奉上一场高品质美术文化盛宴,为美术馆界加强藏品活化利用、创新办展形式发挥引领和示范作用。希望各单位以展览举办为契机,持续在高质量收藏、高水平利用、高品质服务上下功夫,奋力谱写新时代美术馆事业高质量发展新篇章。

吴为山认为,在新春佳节来临之际,展览带着艺术家的情感温度,走进新时代人民群众欣赏美术佳作的殿堂,以各地美术馆的馆藏精品叙述中国的故事、春天的故事、美的故事。希望广大观众更深刻地理解艺术家创作的情感温度及创造智慧,并将此化作共同奋进的强大力量。

本次展览由中华艺术宫(上海美术馆)、江苏省美术馆、广东美术馆、陕西省美术博物馆、湖北美术馆、深圳市关山月美术馆、北京画院美术馆、中央美术学院美术馆、浙江美术馆、广州艺术博物院(广州美术馆)、武汉美术馆、中国美术学院美术馆、中国艺术研究院艺术与文献馆、中国国家画院美术馆共同承办,展览共展出各馆提供的中国画、油画、版画、水彩画、漆画、雕塑、民间美术、综合艺术、书法等藏品500余件。

出席开幕式的还有白俄罗斯共和国驻华大使亚历山大·切尔维亚科夫,乌拉圭东岸共和国驻华大使费尔南多·卢格里斯,奥地利共和国驻华大使馆公使衔文化参赞满昊宸,德意志联邦共和国驻华大使馆文化参赞杨念慈,展览主、承办单位负责同志,参展美术家以及媒体代表。

在中国美术馆建馆60周年之际,习近平总书记在给中国美术馆的老专家老艺术家的回信中指出:“中国美术馆有力见证了新中国美术事业的蓬勃发展,在典藏精品、展览展示、公共教育、对外交流等方面守正创新,取得了积极成效。”“新征程上,希望中国美术馆坚持正确政治方向,坚持人民至上办馆理念,践行社会主义核心价值观,在高质量收藏、高水平利用、高品质服务上下功夫,努力打造新时代人民群众欣赏美术佳作、提升文化素养的国家级乃至世界级艺术殿堂。”这一重要指示为全国美术馆奋进新征程、建功新时代指明了方向。为深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想和全国宣传思想文化工作会议精神,贯彻落实习近平总书记给中国美术馆的老专家老艺术家的回信精神,以“典藏活化”更好地服务人民,文化和旅游部艺术司、中国美术馆主办“美在荟萃——全国美术馆珍藏作品汇展”。该展览由中国博物馆协会美术馆专业委员会支持,中华艺术宫(上海美术馆)、江苏省美术馆、广东美术馆、陕西省美术博物馆、湖北美术馆、深圳市关山月美术馆、北京画院美术馆、中央美术学院美术馆、浙江美术馆、广州艺术博物院(广州美术馆)、武汉美术馆、中国美术学院美术馆、中国艺术研究院艺术与文献馆、中国国家画院美术馆联合承办。盛世逢佳节,典藏遇知音。在这浓浓的喜庆氛围中,各馆提供的500余件中国画、油画、版画、水彩画、漆画、雕塑、民间美术、综合艺术、书法等藏品异彩纷呈、各美其美。这是各美术馆践行“高质量收藏、高水平利用、高品质服务”的积极探索和有益尝试。珍品传真意,我们期待广大观众通过本次展览,更深入地了解美术发展的历史、更深刻地理解艺术家创作的情感温度及创造智慧,坚定文化自信、担当使命、踔厉奋发,共同努力创造属于我们这个时代的新文化,建设中华民族现代文明。

广东美术馆馆长 王绍强

岭南自古物产丰饶,花卉佳果殊盛。宋人苏东坡初到岭南,便有“罗浮山下四时春,卢橘杨梅次第新”的感慨,更以“日啖荔枝三百颗,不辞长作岭南人”的诗句使得岭南荔枝名满天下。岭南花卉佳果不仅与岭南人的生活息息相关,更成为岭南精神文化不可或缺的重要组成部分,见证了岭南地域的历史变迁。在“食香衣果”的岭南,一年四季绿意盎然、果香四溢的自然环境,为岭南地区本土蔬果画的形成和发展提供了得天独厚的环境条件,给予了画家大量可供描绘的素材。瓜果题材的作品因其饱含着无尽的生命气息与绵绵的生活气韵,传递着丰收的愉悦与耕耘的艰辛,成为人民追求幸福生活的愿景缩影。
农历新年将至,“岁朝会集诸生”,本次展览荟萃岭南花卉佳果,同时展示岭南地区的历史风物与人文观念,也寄托着人民对共赴小康社会的壮丽愿景。辞旧迎新,春风送暖。广东美术馆与大家共迎甲辰新春。

“美在荟萃——全国美术馆珍藏作品汇展”即将在中国美术馆举办,这是一场新春佳节期间的跨年大展,各大美术馆将馆藏精品汇聚起来,为国内、外广大观众提供高层次的艺术盛宴,对于提升我们传统佳节的节日气氛、丰富人民群众的文化生活是一件大好事。作为西部地区重要的省级美术馆,陕西省美术博物馆积极参与展览的组织承办,精选了本馆的一部分藏品,分为“长安名家”系列、“陕西民间美术之库淑兰”“馆藏精品图像拓片”三个部分,将我馆馆藏的特色藏品呈现给观众。我们相信本次展览在中国美术馆的统筹安排和各兄弟馆的齐心协力下,一定能办得精彩纷呈、圆满成功!

湖北美术馆

湖北美术馆馆长 冀少峰

一元复始,万象更新,群珍云集,美在荟萃。在甲辰龙年即将来临之际,湖北美术馆非常荣幸参与“全国美术馆珍藏作品汇展”,共襄盛举。
藏品是一座美术馆的基石和灵魂,它承载着文明和文化,蕴含着地域特质、民族精神与时代价值。大漆艺术是中华民族优秀的文化遗产,湖北漆艺有着悠久历史和深厚文脉。湖北美术馆以推动大漆艺术的创造性转化、创新性发展为宗旨,打造了具有国际影响力的品牌展览“湖北漆艺三年展”,并在此基础上形成大漆艺术的特色收藏。本次展览,以馆藏大漆艺术为主,从200余件漆艺藏品中遴选出近20件展出,既有对传统经典漆器造物技法和精神的传承与发扬,又有对漆艺当代表达的探索和创新。同时,呈现湖北艺术家表现地域文化的代表性作品《最后一根钢梁》《九龙奔江之二》《生命的归宿和起点之舞·摆手舞》等。

希望以此次展览为契机,与大家携手推动国家美术资源共创共享,在典藏活化、推广传播、交流互鉴中实现文化惠民,服务社会,促进美术馆“高质量收藏、高水平利用、高品质服务”,为新时代美术馆事业高质量繁荣发展作出新的贡献。

深圳市关山月美术馆

深圳市关山月美术馆馆长 陈湘波

深圳市关山月美术馆开馆以来,确定了以“关山月艺术和20世纪中后期中国美术及当代设计艺术研究”为主导的学术定位,成功探索了一条将艺术名家纪念馆与国家美术馆各项功能有机结合,将大湾区文化发展和美术馆建设相匹配的相得益彰的发展之路。自2012年文化和旅游部组织全国美术馆馆藏精品展出季活动以来,我馆策划的展览12次入选,6次获得优秀项目。
今年是中华人民共和国成立75周年,也是习近平总书记《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》发表10周年。我馆与国家重点美术馆共同参与承办由文化和旅游部艺术司和中国美术馆主办的“美在荟萃——全国美术馆珍藏作品汇展”。我馆带来了“人民的风景——关山月的首都写生与国画革新”学术专题展,展览以馆藏关山月在20世纪50年代以来在北京、长江写生作品为主,试图展现以关山月为代表的中国画家在新中国画革新探索的过程中,通过写生努力把握新的主题与传统笔墨以及创作的关系,并从观念到形式确立了中国画创作的新图式,并由此构成新中国美术发展史中的一个独特的章节。

北京画院美术馆

北京画院美术馆负责人 薛良

北京画院美术馆在体量上是一座小型美术馆,只有坚持做自己的特色才能在全国美术馆界立足。所以自开馆以来,我们依托北京画院丰厚的藏品资源,不断策划并升级齐白石艺术的陈列展。我们秉持研究先行、以学术带策展的工作理念,齐白石是我们研究的原点、学术的核心,所以围绕着齐白石不断地向外延拓展,逐渐开始涉猎近现代美术发展脉络的梳理和中国古代书画的研究策划,我们戏称这是“土星”工作模式。不知不觉中,我们已经举办了60多场“20世纪中国美术大家”系列展。从“京派”始,逐渐辐射到新金陵、长安、海派、岭南等画派;从中国画始,逐步探索油画、水彩、连环画、摄影、漫画、建筑等艺术形式。我们以切片式研究的形式,由点成线,由线成面,以时间的坚守换取空间的不足。行至今日,20世纪中国美术史的面貌在观众面前逐渐清晰。
在今天的展览中,我们重点选取了新近入藏画院的油、版、雕、水彩等作品,一改公众对北京画院专长中国画的认知。这些展品不仅仅是画院典藏的珍宝,更是多年来研究与展览成果的汇聚。多位名家精品荟萃于此,众美皆美,众山皆响,观众可以沉静地习与观,体与思,感受美带给我们的朴素力量。

中央美术学院美术馆馆长 靳军

作为现代中国最早的国立美术学府,中央美术学院与近现代中国艺术的发展及社会美育的发展紧密相关。在它百余年的历程中,中央美院汇聚了大批艺术名家,创作出了大量艺术经典。这些艺术作品,反映出中央美院“尽精微,致广大”的学术态度,与时代同行、以人民为中心的学术传统,以及坚定文化理想、追求艺术品质的学术风范。同时,这些作品也是一代代中央美术学院师生肩负民族的文化使命,积极回应社会期待的艺术成果,它们体现了中华民族对美好事物、美好生活和人文精神的无限向往。
近年来,中央美术学院美术馆围绕名师名家的收藏展开了持续性的研究、展示和出版工作。此次参展的馆藏精品可以使观众朋友们从中感受到艺术家在造型上不断精进的艺术追求,在思想理念上持续不断的艺术探索,以及从他们作品中呈现出的中国人民不畏艰难、持之以恒、昂扬奋进的精神力量。

浙江美术馆

浙江美术馆馆长 应金飞

浙美的建造和成长历程,离不开习近平总书记对浙江美术以及浙江文化发展的深深关切;从2009年开馆至今,浙美人始终遵照“做成精品”的要求戮力前行。如今,浙美已跻身全国重点美术馆,成为浙江文化建设阔步发展的象征,不仅在建筑风格上带有浓厚的中国风,展览内涵上更注重彰显中国气质、浙江精神。
近年来,浙美典藏工作本着“浙域先行·全局盘整”“深化优势·有机推进”的思路不断开拓——浙江书画文脉绵长且近世变革迭起,“浙派水墨人物”专题观照笔墨赓续,彰显时代张力,累积经年而今谱系初成。2018年至2022年,试以当代水印版画情境化展示为载体,藉“水文化”融通中国传统哲思、国家文化形象等多个时代命题,“水印千年:中国水印版画大展”和“大地史诗:中国大运河主题艺术展”等项目持续诠释“两创”精神,深化版画这一国际美术语言的当代中国特色,成为践行“讲好中国故事”“推动文明交流互鉴”的生动案例。

2024年新春在即,浙江美术馆通过“美在荟萃”这一窗口回望来路、审视当下、瞻望未来,愿与各地同仁在新的日子里一起有机生长,美美与共!

广州艺术博物院(广州美术馆)

广州艺术博物院(广州美术馆)院长 罗奇

广州艺术博物院(广州美术馆)拥有六十余年的历史,在美术收藏、研究、展示与公共教育等方面成果丰硕,是国家重点美术馆、国家一级博物馆。所藏三万余件珍品中,以明清至当代广东书画,尤其是20世纪广东绘画最具特色。在风起云涌的20世纪中国美术发展浪潮中,秉持“折衷中西、融会古今”艺术理念的岭南画派,艺术成就突出,引领广东美术走向全国。我院近年也积极推动20世纪广东美术的研究、展示与传播。因此,在这一集合全国美术馆馆藏精品的大展中,我院以岭南画派三位创始人及第二代杰出代表“岭南四家”的精品参展,呈现20世纪广东美术别具革命性与创新性的艺术魅力。
在新的一年,我院将深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想,不断提升公共文化服务质量,增强与美术馆同行的交流合作,策划丰富多元的美术展览,为繁荣发展中国美术事业贡献一份力量!

武汉美术馆

武汉美术馆馆长 陈勇劲

武汉美术馆作为武汉重要的文化地标,连接了汉口历史文化风貌区和琴台中央文化艺术区,在城市文化发展和规划中起着举足轻重的作用。15年来,武汉美术馆积极探索美术馆与城市共生发展的方式,通过收藏、研究、展览和公共教育,讲述城市的故事,展示城市的历史文化,积极践行“艺术美丽一座城市,艺术启迪美好心灵”的办馆宗旨。
作为城市的美术馆,武汉美术馆持续致力于梳理和展示近现代以来武汉的艺术生态,同时与各国友好城市建立交流机制,促进文化互鉴。馆内收藏了3000多件与城市题材相关的摄影、绘画、雕塑、影像等作品,形成了独特的藏品体系。此外,武汉美术馆还自主策划并主办了30多次与城市相关的主题展览,并多次荣获国家文旅部奖项。
本次展览我馆甄选了二十余件特色藏品,以时间为线索,展示了武汉的历史文脉、革命历程、建设发展和城市气质。希望本次展览能够像武汉的“过早”一样丰富多样,搭配巧妙,给观众带来一场既熟悉而又特别的观展体验。预祝展览圆满成功!

中国美术学院美术馆

中国美术学院美术馆馆长 余旭鸿

1924年1月27日,林风眠、刘既漂、林文铮、吴大羽、王代之等留法学生在巴黎组织“海外艺术运动社”,并策划在斯特拉斯堡举办“中国古代和现代艺术展览会”,聘请蔡元培先生为名誉会长,提出“中国古代之美术,急待整理。东西两洋之美术思想,急待调和与研究。中国未来之艺术,尤待创造。”1928年春,蔡元培先生、林风眠先生在杭州西子湖畔创建了“国立艺术院”,明确主张:“整理中国艺术,介绍西洋艺术,调和东西艺术,创造时代艺术”,是为中国艺术“国美之路”发轫之始。
正如中国美术学院原院长许江先生所言:“国美之路”是一条中国文化复兴使命的担当之路、艺术教育的先锋之路、民族艺术精英的育才之路、视觉东方学铸造的诗性之路。
本次展览从近10万件馆藏中精选见证百年国美之路的精品力作。林风眠、关良、颜文樑、黎冰鸿、赵无极、埃乌琴·博巴等先师作品的“中西融合”;潘天寿、黄宾虹、沙孟海、陆维钊等先师作品的“两端深入”;刘开渠、倪贻德、莫朴、肖峰、全山石、许江等名师作品的“以人民为中心”,构成极为丰富的展览面貌,显示出国美之路多元滋养、和而不同的特殊品质。

守正创新,赓续文明。中国艺术研究院立足于70多年来所积累的传统艺术收藏,撷英辑珍,展出三十件美术珍品,涵盖齐白石、黄宾虹、张大千等享誉画史的艺术家的精品力作,可谓大师云集。观众可在这一场精神盛宴中,品花鸟山水之美,赏人物肖像之姿,鉴装裱形制之雅,怀文脉赓续之志。

中国国家画院美术馆

中国国家画院美术馆馆长 李虹霖

中国国家画院前身为文化部中国画创作组,成立之初经常邀约全国书画名家汇聚一堂,雅集笔会,切磋技艺,或人物众相,或花鸟虫鱼,或楼台亭阁,各展所长。
建国初期,尽管上海、江浙地区也出现了合作画的现象,但地域性较强、规模性较小,中国国家画院这种汇集全国各地名家于一堂进行艺术创作与交流的现象屈指可数。国家画院这批合作画反映了黄胄、李苦禅、陆俨少、李可染等老一辈画院人的学术思想的交流与碰撞,这种创作形式在打破个人创作常规的同时,也保证了个人淋漓尽致地发挥,其间碰撞出的火花代表了一个历史时期的艺术高度与艺术精神,体现了中国国家画院建院的初衷——汇聚全国名家于一堂,致力于为国家与民族创作更多艺术精品,为中国画发展与中国美术创新贡献力量。
此类创作为国家画院极具特色的藏品,让我们在画作中与前辈们再次相会,追忆那些为中国绘画的传承发展作出贡献的艺术家,感受他们对祖国至诚深切的爱,学习他们投身艺术的奉献精神,沿着他们的足迹继续砥砺前行,在继承中求创造,在创造中求发展,在坚守初心中继往开来。

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
