“艺术疗法——超越言语的交流”系列讲座第一场完美结束

2012年2月24日下午,主题为艺术心理治疗的系列讲座的第一场在中央美术学院美术馆学术报告厅举行。此次讲座作为正在美术馆项目空间展出的《愈·悦》展览的延伸,有幸再次邀请到了中央美术学院人文学院美术教育系副教授、艺术治疗师、心理学博士孟沛欣老师作为主讲人。孟沛欣老师在国内是艺术治疗的先驱,主要研究以绘画为介质的心理咨询和辅导,是我国第一位从事艺术心理治疗研究的博士。讲座还邀请到了《愈.悦》的策展人,中央美院人文学院艺术管理2011级研究生李依潇。此次活动由中央美院美术馆公共教育与发展部主办,目的是帮助大学生正视自己的心理问题,走出心理问题带来的阴霾,同时鼓励大家运用艺术疗法帮助自己和他人解决心理问题。

讲座由中央美院美术馆公共教育与发展部项目负责人任蕊老师担任主持。在策展人李依潇对《愈·悦》这个展览作简短的介绍之后,由孟老师开始了讲座的主题。孟老师首先从作为艺术最开端的洞穴艺术讲起,介绍了洞穴绘画在史前艺术中的重要性,它其实人类探索自然的一个视觉记录。随着社会的发展,现代文明给人类带来进步的同时,也给我们带来了困扰,例如:科技的滥用使人与自然的关系日趋紧张;资源的稀缺与物欲的贪婪产生巨大的落差;大众传媒的纷繁搅扰着人们的视知觉;等等。据调查,造成全球性的重大公共卫生的问题和冲突,不是艾滋,也不是胃癌,而是精神问题。估计全球有4亿个精神疾病患者,其中有100万人决定结束自己的生命,全世界都在关注精神卫生问题。由此,心理问题咨询机构和心理疗法应运而生。

为了让大家对心理学治疗有一个初步的认识,孟老师简单介绍了一下心理疗法的分类。包括自然疗法、认知疗法、经典心理治疗、灵性治疗和艺术治疗。介绍到认知疗法时,孟老师说:“这个里面包含了太多的东西,简单说就是从思绪上、行为上、情绪上下手得到三个方面的一个康复指标,得到个案以及个案所在家庭,以及个案所在周围环境的认可之后,我们觉得你可以了,你的疗愈就成功了!”说到灵性疗法时孟老师提到了催眠,催眠师没有什么可以抓到的东西,但是对于个案来讲,它是真实的,可以治愈一些用理疗无法治愈的病症。
那么,为什么是艺术能够治疗心理疾病呢,艺术又如何治病呢?!孟老师开玩笑说:“为什么不是骑自行车呢?因为骑车有生命危险呀!”在大家的欢笑声中,孟老师谈到了人类的左右脑问题。人类的左脑和右脑是不可沟通的。如果一个人的左脑受损了,他画面上的轮廓线就消失了;如果右脑受损,轮廓线在,但是色彩、调子就消失了。现在的教育主要是左脑式教育,因为它是用语言为主,用左脑可以增加效率,用右脑可以快乐地生活。心理学家Ley曾经说:“一个人不能用左半球的钥匙去打开右半球的锁。”也就是说,语言主要是受到了左半球的控制,情绪受到了右半球的控制,言语无法直接处理情绪。

孟教授问大家:“现在几点了?答案不重要,想一下,你的大脑中出现了表么?还是你在推理?如果你的脑海中出现表的话,你是央美的人,因为你的右脑发达,进行的是视觉思维。在脑子里面想的——两点半讲座开始...主持人说了话...策展人又发了言...到现在...如果你是这样推理的,你是属于管理型人才。”从这个例子我们可以认识到,艺术治疗可以提供一种机会,让我们透过艺术来沟通内心并进行交流,这跟言语的结果是不一样的。其实,思维绝大多数是视觉的。

艺术治疗所针对的对象是什么人?一句话,什么人都可以!有则改之,无则加勉,有病看病,没病健身。自闭症、失语、失聪、痴钝、弱智、大脑损伤、妄想症等等,都可以运用艺术治疗达到疗愈的目的。孟老师从事这一专业十几年,有着丰富的临床经验。在这里,给大家举了几个例子让观众更直观地了解艺术疗法。第一幅画是用黑色毛笔随意挥洒的线条充满了整个画面,只有画面的左下角有清新的颜色描绘出他自己的乐园,这是受着家庭暴力的四岁半孩子创作的。如此宣泄一个月之后,能量释放了,回到班级开始做乖学生。还有一幅画,画的是全身插满了钉子的人,作者用这样的绘画形象暗示她一身的伤痛,然后作者把钉子一点一点地擦去,以此代表着将身体那一处的疼痛去除,这样,她运用艺术疗法给自己的心理、身体进行了治疗并取得了成功。所以艺术治疗观主要是以绘画活动为沟通方式,治疗师是不讲话的,透过系列的绘画作品达到言语治疗有时达不到的疗愈效果。
在最后自由提问环节中,现场气氛活跃。很多大学生就自身的心理问题、艺术治疗的方法等向孟教授发问。除了大学生外,也有听众对艺术治疗中的“亲子治疗”产生了浓厚的兴趣,一位先生的提问就涉及了接受治疗的幼儿的年龄层次和家长在治疗过程中的辅助作用。孟教授也以自己的专业知识与心理辅导案例的经验做出了解答:艺术治疗针对低幼儿童,最小的约四个月。孟教授还进一步指出:艺术治疗,除了专业的技术手段外,儿童的成长环境和老师、父母等因素,对儿童心理成长的重要性不可低估。到场的听众也不乏心理治疗的专业人士,有一位心理咨询师提出了:心理咨询患者容易产生“防御”和“阻抗”的情绪,这种情绪是否可以解除,及是否有量化的标准。孟教授从心理咨询师自身的角色定位和患者的角度展开分析,再结合自身在心理治疗中的临床经验等,对这一问题作出了圆满的回答。除了回答大家的疑问,孟教授也提出了,艺术形式是一种独特的心灵语言。艺术疗法对于言语疗法的补充作用也是每个临床治疗师所不能忽视的。

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
